2025 Assessment Revaluation Year
2025 is assessment revaluation year in Saskatchewan, and with that everyone will see changes to their property assessments. For the 2025 Revaluation, all property types will have their values updated in relation to the January 1, 2023 valuation base date. We are estimating that the 2025 Assessment Notices will be coming out mid-March, once we receive Davidson's assessment information from SAMA.
