The Town of Davidson is offering the hay on the NW 23-26-29 W2 for tender in 2023. This is approx. 80 acres of hay land that is irrigated with effluent water. Tender deadline is May 31, 2023. Tenders will be done on the total project only. Hay stand consists of alfalfa, brome & other mixed grasses.
The bidding process will include the following provisions:
Hay has to be cut and baled by July 15, 2023
Bales must be moved within 10 days of being baled
Only one cut of hay is allowed
The agreement of this tender cannot be sold, assigned, sub-leased or transferred without the written consent of the Town of Davidson
The highest, or any bid, may not be accepted
